always attracts attention. Last weekend we were in Fairfax. While we were visiting Fab, Sr., we also got a chance to see some dear old friends. Ginger and Spinner lived with me in California, while I served with Steve Hughes and Yosemite Christian Ministries. As a matter of fact, they were a welcome [...] It would be nice if my bed looked like this… But my bed looks like this… more often than not. Oh well. It makes for a more interesting drawing. Deciding to move from New York was a no-brainer. A couple posts ago, when I asked what people would like to see me draw more of, my husband mentioned wanting to see things from my imagination. When in doubt, I love to sketch my husband. Not the people, the room. I still feel weird when I sketch there, cause the people don’t know me, and I don’t know them. I feel like I’m doing something wrong, even though I’m not. Some people just assume you’re not paying attention. |
